An event is any action on your website that can be tracked, such as when someone clicks a button or visits a page. With the Facebook pixel, you can identify the events that matter to you and give them categories (such as Add to Cart or Purchase) that reflect a visitor's action.
To start, click on Pixel tab in the left column, and click on "+".
Click "continue" at the bottom of this page.
Choose the event or events you would like to track per page and switch it on. You will need to place the specific snipped code on your site. Note that for each event you will need a different snip per page.

Verify events using the Pixel Helper (optional). The Pixel Helper is an extension for Google Chrome that helps you check whether your Facebook pixel events are installed correctly. Install the Pixel Helper to review individual pages on your site and make sure that your events are firing correctly.
