To start, click on Pixel tab at the left column, and click on "Setup Pixel".
From there, you will get clear instructions to add your Pixel to your website. If you have access to your website's coding, it will be easy to add. Otherwise, ask your developer or send the instructions by email.
To start with you need to insert the pixel code on your website so that it loads on each single page. This is done by adding it to the global header of your website.
1. Locate the header code on your website and copy and paste the code there.
Don't use this code as this is just an example.
2. Copy the entire pixel code and paste it into the website header just above the </head> tag.
Don't use this code as this is just an example.
3. Get guidance on installing the Pixel Helper for Google Chrome to troubleshoot individual pages. Just Google "Pixel Helper" and install the extension to your browser.
4. Check the status of your pixel by sending test traffic. If your status is shown as "Active", your code has been installed correctly. Note that this process may take several minutes.
