Filed is a powerful platform for creating, managing and optimising your Facebook and Instagram campaigns.
We charge a fixed percentage of your Facebook media spend each month. Our fee is directly linked to your media spend on Facebook platform.
There is a minimum monthly fee of $499/month regardless of your Facebook ad spend.
Free trial period:
We always offer our new customers a free 30-day trial to give you the opportunity to understand our software and its key features.
Our billing method:
If you decide to become a customer after the free trial period, we require you to provide a valid credit card or another payment method. We will charge you automatically on the 1st of the following month, based on your Facebook media spend after the free trial has ended, unless you decide to cancel.
If you join Filed before the 1st of the month, we will invoice you for the remaining days until the 1st at 5% of your media spend.
The minimum fee will apply from the beginning of the first full month of using Filed, regardless of the amount spent.
Our fees are based on the percentage of your Facebook spend, as per the chart below:
Monthly spend range | Monthly fee |
Less than $10,000 | $995 |
$10,001 - $100,000 | 5.00% |
